FAQ
Can this guide be applied to a 2022 or 2023 Honda Civic Si?
Yes. This guide applies to all Honda Civic models (Civic and Civic Hatchback) and trims (EX, EX-L, LX, Sport, Sport Touring, Touring, and Si)
What type of bulbs do you recommend for my 2022-2023 Honda Civic?
The 11th Generation Civics come with LEDs across the entire vehicle with a few minor exceptions. If you are not satisfied with the light output of the vehicle, you can always explore changing the assemblies, a process called retrofitting headlights.
Can I change the bulbs on my 2016-2021 Honda Civic myself?
Yes but only halogen bulbs. For any factory LED bulbs, you will need to visit an authorized Honda dealer. You cannot change them yourself.
What tools do I need to change the headlight assemblies on my 2022-2023 Civic?
You will need a flat screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver, 10mm socket, or a drill to remove the nuts and bolts. We also recommend having a little box to put the nuts and bolts you remove so you don't lose them.
