A product may not fit because you may not be installing it correctly, you ordered the wrong product, or we accidentally sent you the wrong items.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature bulb malfunctions.
Any issues caused by mishandling the product, not using it as intended, car accidents, etc. are not covered by our warranty.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s).

Orders ship Monday through Friday and typically arrive in 1-3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays).
Orders received before 11AM EST will typically ship out the same day.

We use FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post to deliver our orders.

Start by checking your tracking number to make sure your order:
- Has shipped
- Is not awaiting shipment
- Is not in transit
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot find it, you should:
- Immediately report a lost/stolen package claim and get a FedEx case number.
- Check with your neighbours, family, or anyone that may have received the package on your behalf.
- Contact our team with your FedEx case number.
