Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will be emailed detailed return instructions.
Exchange Procedure

for the item(s) you wish to exchange.

you wish to exchange using the carrier of your choice.

4. Get refunded
Once we receive your return to our warehouse.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated and requested within 30 days of the order date
- All products must be in the original packaging and condition
- Returns must be requested and approved by our team
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- We will issue a full refund less a $15 restocking fee per product ordered up to a maximum of $30 per order
- Express/expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
- Orders returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be refused or subject to a 50% penalty at our sole discretion
